  • Curd / yoghurt – 5 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – a pinch
  • Cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Chili powder – 2 tsp
  • Olive oil – 2.5 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon – ¼ tsp
  • Soy sauce – ½ tsp

How to Make the BEST Tender Chicken Kebabs

  • Cut the boneless chicken into fine, even-sized pieces suitable for skewering.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cut chicken with ginger garlic paste, a generous pinch of salt, and the fresh lime juice.
  • Toss everything to coat well. Set this aside to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature. This initial marinade tenderizes the meat.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the base for the main marinade: curd/yoghurt and olive oil.
