Creamy Date and Oat Smoothie

This easy yoghurt and oat smoothie is the perfect blend of protein, fiber, and natural energy. Naturally sweetened with Medjool dates and spiked with a hint of warm cinnamon, it’s a quick-fix breakfast that tastes like a treat but keeps you full for hours.

Ingredients:

  • Plain Yoghurt: ¾ cup
  • Medjool Dates: 4 (pitted)
  • Quick Oats: 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon Powder: ¼ tsp
  • Nut Butter: 1 tbsp (your choice of almond, peanut, or cashew)
  • Water: ¼ cup (adjust for your preferred consistency)

Instructions:

  • Ensure the Medjool dates are pitted. If they feel a bit firm, you can soak them in the ¼ cup of water for 5 minutes before blending to ensure a silkier texture.
  • Add the yoghurt, oats, cinnamon, nut butter, and dates (along with the water) into a high-speed blender.
