Peanut Butter Banana Brownie

Peanut Butter Banana Brownies are a delicious twist on classic brownies, combining the rich, fudgy texture of chocolate with the creamy nuttiness of peanut butter and the natural sweetness of ripe bananas. These moist, flavorful treats are perfect for dessert or an indulgent snack. Easy to make, they’re a great way to satisfy both chocolate and peanut butter cravings!

Ingredients:

  • Ripe Bananas – 02
  • Sugar – 200g
  • Melted Butter – 115g
  • Vanilla – 01 tsp
  • All-purpose Flour – 90g
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Cocoa Powder – 25g
  • Peanut Butter – 125g

How to cook:

  • Start by mashing those ripe bananas until they're perfectly smooth and creamy. The riper the bananas, the sweeter your brownies will be!
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas with the sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. This luscious mixture forms the base of your brownie batter.
  • Gently fold in the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt. Be careful not to overmix – just stir until everything is combined.
  • Spread the brownie batter into a greased 8-inch baking tray. Now for the fun part! Dollop spoonfuls of creamy peanut butter over the batter. Then, with a knife or toothpick, gently swirl the peanut butter into the batter for a beautiful, marbled effect.
  • Pop the tray into a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
  • Let the brownies cool completely in the tray before slicing and serving. These fudgy delights are perfect on their own, but feel free to add a scoop of ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for an extra decadent touch.
