Ingredients:For the batter

  • Unsalted butter – 120g
  • Creamy peanut butter – 200g
  • Water – 240ml
  • All-purpose flour – 250g
  • Sugar – 400g
  • Baking soda – 01 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Large eggs – 02
  • Vanilla – 01 tsp
  • Fresh milk – 120ml

Ingredients:For peanut butter frosting

  • Creamy peanut butter – 250g
  • Unsalted butter – 200g
  • Icing sugar – 230g
  • Vanilla – 01 tsp

Let’s bake:

  • Gently melt the unsalted butter and creamy peanut butter together with the water in a saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until the mixture transforms into a smooth and creamy delight. Once perfectly combined, remove the pan from the heat and allow this fragrant base to cool slightly.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt until evenly distributed.
