Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 900g
  • Olive Oil – 60g
  • Salt – 5g
  • Parmesan Cheese – 55g
  • Breadcrumbs – 10g
  • Garlic Powder – 3g
  • Paprika – 3g
  • Dried Oregano & Basil – ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper – 3g

How to cook:

  • Wash and clean the potatoes thoroughly, then cut them into wedges for even baking.
  • In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges with oil, salt, paprika, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, dried herbs, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure every wedge is evenly coated with the delicious seasoning.
  • Spread the seasoned wedges in a single layer on a 13” x 9” x 2” baking tray. This ensures even cooking and maximum crispiness.
  • Bake the wedges in a preheated oven at 220°C for 25–30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
