Ingredients:
- Green/Red Chili – 01
- Salmon – 250g
- Thick Coconut Milk – 01 cup
- Curry Leaves
- Curry Powder – 01 tsp
- Crushed Ginger Garlic – 01 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Oil – 02 tbsp
- Chili Powder – ½ tsp
- Chopped Red Onion – ¼
- Clove – 01
- Cardamom – 01
- Cinnamon – ¼ tsp
How to cook:
- Heat oil in a pan and put chopped garlic, onion, curry leaves, clove, and cardamom and sauté a few minutes.
- Add coconut milk into this and give it a good mix.
- Add cinnamon, curry powder, turmeric powder, salt, chili powder, and chopped chili.
- Add salmon cut into fine size pieces and cook until salmon and coconut milk are cooked well.
